Who is Mark Ingram?
Growing up in Melbourne I had big hopes of becoming a Top Gun fighter pilot, Batman, or a Ghostbuster, but lacking the cojones for air combat, Bruce Wayne's billions or any ghosts to bust I shifted focus to my other great love, animation.
Heading to Sydney’s DisneyToon Studios in 2004 I worked as traditional 2D inbetweener alongside some of the greatest animators on Earth to help create five features films; Tarzan 2, Lilo & Stitch 2, Brother Bear 2, Bambi 2, and Cinderella 3.
2006 took me to Vancouver as animation director on the 2D action series Chaotic and as senior animator for numerous TV series, short films, feature films and as lead animator on the MMO game Glitch.
In 2012 I moved back to Melbourne expanding into storyboards for series such as Jar Dwellers SOS, Exchange Student Zero and Sharezade: The Untold Stories. Animation work continued on various TV series, shorts, explainer videos, games, trailers and in 2018 I completed animation on the traditional 2D action series Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I have also developed concept art and character designs for WeedWoman.com.
In my personal time I enjoy travel photography, writing, film editing, reading comic books, playing video games and watching films.
